It also requires processes that establish and maintain program focus. We use Communicating For Action™ to help determine business goals and associated outcomes. We also use the widely accepted P.O.S.T methodology (People, Objectives Strategies and Tactics) to set audience targets and outcomes before strategies and tactics are developed and deployed. Both of these processes enable us to create sustained dialogue via the right message and the right channel to spur the desired action.
