Client Services Director
The client services director (CSD) is a management team member who is responsible for developing and guiding client programs, ensuring that they exceed client expectations while operating within budget. The CSD provides strategic counsel, maintains senior level client relationships, and is responsible for developing strategic plans that align with the client's goals. The CSD is a staff motivator and mentor, and participates in new business development.
Qualified candidates should have:
- Bachelor's degree in public relations or related field
- 8+ years recent agency or related corporate experience
- Demonstrable experience in leading and building account teams
- Proven national business media/analyst relations
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
- Results-oriented mentality
- Proven client management experience
- Proven budget management experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
