INXPO had built a strong reputation by helping companies communicate to employees, customers and prospects through a video streaming platform for online events. The company partnered with our agency to introduce a new version of the INXPO platform that integrated real-time feedback and social engagement tools. With extensive experience in online video and interactive broadcasting platforms, we were able to bring a unique perspective to INXPO and architected a program to position the company as a “business broadcasting” platform. This positioning twist highlighted the ability to enable brands to go beyond YouTube in their use of online video. The bold approach to positioning and storytelling enabled INXPO to be immediately understood by influencers and customers while also de-positioning competitive platforms. Business broadcasting and INXPO’s story provided the company with a content stream for external communication and moved the brand into new sales opportunities.
