As a result of a relationship built with a key Cisco contact, we were brought on board Symantec’s consumer business, Norton, to provide social media content and moderation support. With more than 550,000 online fans and a steady stream of incoming content, Norton required the services of an outside team to work as an extension of their own in the area of social media. Social copy and community engagement were developed in alignment with the Norton brand, tone and voice. Through daily content creation for channels, ranging from Twitter to Tumblr to the Norton blog, to community moderation, our team was able to increase content engagement, as well as maintain and build relationships with buyers.
